During my recent business trip to Alhama De Aragon, I had the pleasure of staying at Parque Balneario Termas Pallares. Our director specifically chose this hotel, and I can see why. This magnificent hotel is an authentic 19th-century Spas, where the fabulous vision of a sparkling past exists alongside the total comfort of today.
The only minor drawback I encountered during my stay was the food in the evening at the hotel's restaurant.

Enjoyed the treatments at the spa, especially the mud wraps on the thermal loungers. The property is surrounded by beautiful 19th century buildings and a lovely lake. The gastronomic offer at the spa restaurant was meticulously prepared and had a creative Mediterranean twist.
Mud wraps are great, but I guess I didn't need a full 24 hours of checking in and out services.

The hotel's decoration and ambiance were reminiscent of a bygone era, with its art nouveau furnishings and grand hallways. It had a certain charm that reminded me of the elegant hotels from my younger days. The general areas were spacious and accessible, making it easy for senior guests like myself to move around comfortably.
While the hotel had its charm, one area that could be improved for a better vacation experience for senior people was the service provided by the staff. The children working there seemed a bit inexperienced and could benefit from more training to cater to the needs of older guests.

One of the highlights of this establishment is its authentic 19th-century spas, which allow guests to step back in time and experience the grandeur of days past, while still enjoying modern comforts. The thermal and leisure treatment area offers a gallery of baths with invigorating jet showers, providing a truly rejuvenating experience. The spa itself, with its three-star category and capacity for 68 and 181 people, respectively, offers a wide range of thermal and beauty treatments. This includes the indulgence of mud wraps on thermal loungers and aesthetics and beauty consultancy services. I particularly enjoyed the relaxing parafangos in the cozy relaxation booths, which added to the overall relaxation and wellness experience.
By and large, my stay at Parque Balneario Termas Pallares was not unpleasant.

The hotel is located in the middle of a big park, which adds to its charm and tranquility. The staff are friendly and attentive, offering great service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient and the overall price was reasonable, providing good value for money.
All was fine, couldn't ask for more.

Me and my squad had a blast checking out the Tranquera Reservoir. We were all about that water life, doing mad aquatic activities like jet skiing and paddleboarding. And when we weren't getting wet, we were tearing it up on the outdoor tennis court and hitting the gym. Plus, the hotel hooked us up with bikes so we could explore the dope surroundings. No boredom here, fam!
If I had to ask for one thing to make this place even more lit for young party animals like us, it would be a sick nightclub or party zone. We were ready to turn up and go wild, but there wasn't really a dedicated spot for us to get our party on.

The location is lovely for a romantic escape, with some stunning scenery nearby and a warm swimming pond to enjoy. We also appreciated the dog-friendly approach of all the staff, making it easy for us to bring our furry friend along. And the cafe was a standout, offering tasty bites to fuel our adventures.
The hotel itself left a lot to be desired. Our room had a bad smell that made it impossible to stay in and we had to ask for a different one.

We had a lovely time at this historic hotel nestled in breathtaking natural surroundings. the spacious art nouveau room was adorned with beautiful features. the buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations. the spa facilities were impressive; we enjoyed the unique Aquatherma session. the thermal lake was surprisingly warm and a refreshing experience.
Regrettably, some aspects of the facilities were not well maintained, which detracted from our overall experience.

Great thermal lagoon, very relaxing and quiet. Excellent breakfast with a lot of variety and options. Beautiful surroundings with views of the mountains in the distance.
Room was not what we expected at all, very outdated and dirty, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff was not very helpful or friendly, which was disappointing because we were hoping for a romantic escape. The gardens were not well-maintained and looked like they needed some love and attention. not a great experience.
